Our granola are baked locally in small batches in our bespoke kitchen in East Orange. Our granola is made in a nut-free facility.
We added our favorite Danish cookie spices from Danish Pebernødder to our granola and the result is satisfyingly good.
Our granola flavor is best described as a deep and dark gingerbread. We used molasses to created the dark flavor along with ginger and nutmeg. We used organic maple syrup for our sweetener instead of refined sugar.
Eat the granola traditionally with milk, yogurt, as a dessert on top of vanilla ice cream or topped on your smoothie.
