Ingredients:
- Crème fraîche
- Smoked salmon, cut into smaller pieces
- red onion, minced
- Sprouts for garnish (pea sprouts)
- Nordic Crisps
Directions:
- Add 1/2 tablespoon of crème fraîche on top of a blackbird crisp piece
- Carefully place a piece of smoked salmon on top and sprinkle with red onion and sprouts
- Serve immediately
